 प्रमुख बैठकें 

[परिषदीय प्राथमिक / उच्च प्राथमिक / कंपोज़िट विद्यालयों में]

▪️ SMC बैठक - मासिक - प्रथम बुधवार

▪️ PTA बैठक - त्रैमासिक - द्वितीय सोमवार( जनवरी, अप्रैल, जुलाई एवं अक्टूबर माह में)

नए आदेश के क्रमानुसार।

▪️ HM - STAFF बैठक - साप्ताहिक - प्रत्येक शनिवार

👉 ये तीन प्रमुख बैठक विद्यालय के प्र०अ० / इ०प्र०अ० द्वारा विद्यालय की बैठक पंजिका में दर्ज भी करनी है।

Note : The government primary and upper-primary schools in Uttar Pradesh will start the practice of holding parent-teacher meetings (PTM) in the New Year.

According to the officials, the PTM would be held on the second Monday of January, April, July and October. If there is a holiday on the second Monday, it would be held on the next working day.

The head teacher would inform the parents about the PTM by writing in their children's notebooks two days in advance.
